Key Accountabilities
  • Manage and execute logistic support for events related to protocol & logistics guidelines .
  • Develop and implement logistics support process and communication plans for effective management of logistics solution .
  • Conduct periodic diagnosis and proactively identify areas requiring organizational effectiveness and development interventions
  • Develop and implement logistics governance framework to ensure organization-wide policies, procedures and standards are adhered to for quality assurance
  • Execute performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of events planning and management
  • Run formal events with adherence to organization protocol guidelines using the required resources.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience in logistics management
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple events across government entity / large non government entity
  • Experience in evaluating event planning and management
  • Understanding of formal protocol guidelines
  • Experience in formal government events is a plus
