Key Accountabilities
  • Receive and forward calls to the concerned department
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of important calls
  • Receive complainants and coordinate with the concerned department
  • Welcome visitors in a friendly manner and answer any enquiries they have
  • Maintain workplace security by checking and collecting ID’s as necessary and maintaining visitor logbook
  • Handles documenting and communicating actions to insure a smooth visitors experience
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
