Key Accountabilities
  • Conduct workplace analysis using strategically tools to proactively identify the progress and hinderance to project & initiative implementation to enhance people workplace experience.
  • Prepare progress reports on the corporate workplace program / initiatives and provide executive summaries to the members whenever requested.
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of the established data management processes through regular quality control inspections of the process and output, identify issues and propose corrective actions across workplace operation.
  • Provide analytical and programming support, if necessary, to facilitate solutioning process when addressing issues raised by the entities or working groups
  • Maintain and update corporate workplace policies and procedures to reflect changes as per new workplace policy & process

  • Understand workplace planning & operation management tools & technique.
  • Strong statistical knowledge and programming skills using related tools
  • Expert in computational tools and systems for project management
  • Understand applicable laws, rules, policies regarding security, privacy, and management of confidential data..
