Key Accountabilities
  • Support the development and design of job architecture framework within ADEO to facilitate the application of Total Rewards programs
  • Partner with business and functional leaders to develop job design frameworks, improving coordination and work productivity
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, policies and continuous reward practices aligned with ADEO’s reward philosophies to motivate performance across talent segments
  • Implement HC procedures and programs to improve employee experience and meet the physical, mental, spiritual and financial wellbeing needs of individuals
  • Analyze performance data and employee sentiments to outline the impact and effectiveness of health and Wellbeing programs
  • Execute continuous performance management processes to gather real-time and multi-sourced feedback for performance assessments
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of continuous performance management system by analyzing feedback and linking performance data to business outcomes
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience working in a Compensation and Benefits or Rewards role
  • Understanding of compensation and performance philosophies
  • Experience in implementing organization-wide integrated talent management programs and personalized talent experiences
  • Understanding of the HR technology tools to elevate talent experiences
