Key Accountabilities
  • Execute the planning and formulation of the outreach and engagement strategy and approach while supporting the Communities in developing strategies and / or identifying targeted interventions based on community group interests, goals, needs and concerns to achieve the expected outcome.
  • Provide expert advice and support to the leaders to deliver the information based on evidence to minimize communication gaps among Abu Dhabi government, policy makers and the public.
  • Establish common policies and goals through effective dialogues to bring diverse community together and collaborate for regional programs and priorities.
  • Provide advisory support and review cross-sectoral plans to drive wellness, learning opportunities, and opportunities to participate in decision making and direction setting for Abu Dhabi.
  • Drive collaboration efforts with other community partners to maximize opportunities access local Abu Dhabi programmes.
  • Implement capability building initiatives to upskill and reskill engagement teams , equipping teams with future-focused capabilities needed for success
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proven working experience in Government and / or Government related entities with a track-record in community outreach and engagement.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the outreach and engagement best practices.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience in risk management and provide advice and support to the leadership.
  • Strong working knowledge in regional programme and policy development.
  • Exposure to Youth work would be an advantage
