Key Accountabilities
  • Lead development and implement a robust framework to manage and evaluate the performance to monitor and review the performance of the various programmes.
  • Collaborate with other senior members of the department to develop standards of excellence for innovative performance management of various programs and strengthen capacity and capability of the team.
  • Oversee the design and development of the ADEO’s monitoring guidelines, frameworks and reports in order to actively monitor and communicate ADEO’s efforts and assess the progress of key performance objectives.
  • Highlight and identify the programs that are not progressing as per the plan and seek support and validation from the Government Operations department. Oversee the implementation and roll-out of technology solutions as well as drive adoption and awareness to increase adoption across the stakeholders.
  • Engage with the senior leadership to conduct the research on the performance evaluation methodologies and highlight the keys issues.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience in the monitoring and reporting the performance of various programmes in Government entities.
  • Experience in managing government performance & transformation or analytical role helping teams apply a range of techniques to analyze data and provide insight.
  • Experience in behavioral science is preferred
  • Experience dealing with complexity, arbitrating strategy and complementarities
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders to facilitate the decision making.
