Key Accountabilities
  • Develop a plan for the design of the Excellence Award program and oversee and implementation and roll out the program as well drive communication plans to increase the adoption across the government entities.
  • Oversee the implementation of other internal awards managed by other Abu Dhabi government entities and provide advisory as needed.
  • Lead the development of efficient Excellence Award program based on the performance management needs and provide actionable recommendations to impact outcomes across performance lifecycle and manage implementation of the Excellence Awards.
  • Assess current Excellence Awards programs for efficiency and opportunities for optimization based on the strategy and performance management needs by leveraging the data analytics.
  • Develop suitable Excellence and other internal awards, award criteria and overall scope of the award to ensure that they in line with ADEO leadership’s direction.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Substantial experience in managing the excellence award program with Government entities.
  • Experience in the design and evaluation of the Award programs.
  • Experience in behavioral science is preferred
  • Experience dealing with complexity, arbitrating strategy and complementarities.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders to facilitate the decision making.
