Key Accountabilities
- Drive the design and implementation of the excellence award programs including the award criteria and overall scope of the award in line with the ADEO’s leadership direction.
- Collaborate with teams from other government and government related entities to provide expert advisory related to implementation of the other internal awards.
- Apply deep understanding of the performance management system and lead and manage the implementation of the excellence awards in alignment with the Abu Dhabi Strategic direction.
- Evaluate the Excellence award programs which are not progressing as planned and are not aligned to the strategic direction and propose them for support.
- Shape and lead the team’s design agenda by driving the development of innovative approaches, using design, data and digital tools to review and monitor the progress of the Excellence Award programs.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Experience working as a strategic expert for the award programs.
- Significant exposure to Public sector Excellence award development and execution is an advantage.
- Significant exposure to Public sector Award program planning is an advantage.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience working with diverse groups of experts
