Key Accountabilities
- Conduct research on needs and requirements to identify the processes that can be enhanced and / or automated to achieve strategic directions.
- Analyze current framework and standards for the annual strategic planning and formulation to develop insights on efficiency and areas of improvement based on strategi cneeds to drive the excellence.
- Participate actively in the formulation and implementation of the strategy to achieve Abu Dhabi aspirations.
- Collaborate with practitioners, think tanks and other external partnerships to conduct knowledge sharing, deepen capability and drive understanding of complex multi-sector issues.
- Provide analytical support for the strategy planning to achieve the strategic direction
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Experience in supporting government/national strategy formulation.
- Knowledge of the strategy frameworks and standards is an advantage.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders to facilitate translation of vision and aspirations into strategic directions.
- Exposure in Public sector planning and execution is an advantage.
