Key Accountabilities
  • Support research to identify emerging HR trends and practices that align with strategies and requirements
  • Assist in the development of Government Human Capital Strategy implementation roadmap and recommend initiatives and timelines
  • Track and report the progress and performance of key initiatives, providing periodic updates as required
  • Support research to identify emerging HC trends and practices that align with the organizational strategies and requirements
  • Review existing Government Human Capital policies and practices and identify areas of improvement to align with the overall Government Human Capital strategy
  • Support the development of emerging Government Human Capital policies, practices and initiatives to transform the workforce experience and optimize talent outcomes for ADGEs
  • Implement data analytics frameworks, systems and dashboards to provide data-driven insights to influence talent decisions
